Done!Next App quick start
Done!Next is a calm, simple task app. It shows you one task at a time — and you gently steer with Done, Next, or Not today. Prefer a plain list? You can see everything at once instead. It’s built to support your best effort, not perfection. No pressure, always there when you come back.
How to use Done!Next App
Done, Next, or Not today
Three gentle choices form the core of the App.
- Done — you finished it; the next one comes.
- Next — not the moment; it steps aside and returns later.
- Not today — not today; it comes back tomorrow.
Postponed tasks aren’t lost — they quietly step back and return when their time comes around again. No guilt on the days you can’t.
Add your first task
Adding a task is quick — a name is all you really need.
- On the main screen, tap the + button at the top.
- Type what you want to do.
- Optionally, pick which group it belongs to.
- Tap Add.
Your first task needs no detail — you can always edit it later.
Set a time of day
Some tasks only make sense at a certain time.
- Create a new task, or tap an existing one to edit it.
- Open More options.
- Set a start time — add an end time if you want a window.
- Tap Add (or Save).
For a morning walk, a window like 06:00–10:00 keeps it off your flow for the rest of the day.
Show only on certain days
For things that aren’t every day.
- Create a new task, or tap an existing one to edit it.
- Open More options.
- Choose how often it repeats, or the days it should appear.
- Tap Add (or Save).
Leave the schedule open and it simply shows whenever it’s waiting.
Set a reminder
Optional and quiet — only if you want one.
- Create a new task, or tap an existing one to edit it.
- In More options, set a start time (and a day too, if you like).
- Turn on Reminder and choose when: at the start time, or a little before or after.
- Tap Add (or Save). The first time, allow notifications when your iPhone asks.
No reminder is ever forced, and there’s no badge pile to clear. Skip it entirely if quiet suits you better.
Create a new group
Groups keep different parts of life apart.
- While adding a task, tap Create new group.
- Give the group a name.
- Tap Create.
- The new group stays selected, so your task lands right where you wanted.
The new group stays selected, so the task lands there. Names like Health, Work, or Home can keep different parts of life separate.

Done!Next Care support
Done!Next Care connects the calm App with professional support. Start here for access, invitations, permissions, and professional sign-in.
How does a professional get Care access?
Submit an access request. The request is reviewed before access is granted; submitting it does not create an account.
Can an independent professional request a demo?
Yes. Independent professionals can request either access or a personal demo without entering an organization.
How do invitations and permissions work?
A connection starts only after the person accepts an invitation. Task proposals, direct changes, progress, photos, and other actions depend on the granted scope. See how Care supports the person using the App.
Where do existing Care professionals sign in?
Use the Care professional login. Do not include client or health information in access or support messages.
Can a practice or organization use Care?
Suitable practices and organizations can request a demo to discuss the appropriate setup.
