Your data stays on your device

  • Tasks, notes and photos are stored on your phone, not on our servers.
  • There is no sync between devices in this version — each device keeps its own data.
  • On iPhone, Done!Next data is part of your device backup if you use one. On any device you can export a backup file in the app (Settings → Advanced).
  • No analytics and no ads in the app.

iPhone and Android

Place-based reminders, calendar entries and alarm-style reminders are currently available on iPhone only. Everything else works the same on both.

Where are my tasks and photos stored?

On your device. Done!Next does not upload them to our servers.

Can I use Done!Next on more than one device?

Not in this version: there is no sync between devices, and each device keeps its own data.

Do I need an account?

No. You can start right away without signing in.

I used Done!Next with an account before. What happens to my data?

What is already on your device stays there. If something is missing, you can bring your data over once from your earlier account in the app (Settings).

Does Done!Next Care work with this version?

No. Done!Next Care is a separate service for professionals and is not connected to this app version.
