Delete your Done!Next account
You can request permanent account deletion here even if you cannot open or install the app.
What will be deleted
After identity verification, the deletion workflow removes the account and data linked to it under Done!Next control:
- Your Firebase Authentication account, provider sessions and Done!Next profile.
- Settings, groups, tasks, notes, schedules, reminders, history, archives, sync records and cloud snapshots.
- Task photos and reusable photo assets stored with the account.
- Done!Next Care relationships, invitations, permissions, transfers and account-linked Care records.
- Push tokens, device metadata, UID-linked telemetry and sync-error records.
- Done!Next promo, grant, entitlement and store-mirror records controlled by Done!Next.
This cannot be undone.
Once processing finishes, the account and deleted cloud data cannot be restored.
This form is for full account deletion. Keeping the account while deleting only selected data is not offered here.
