Your right to erasure
Under Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data. Done!Next fully supports this right. You can request deletion at any time, and we will complete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:
- Your account information — name, email, and authentication record
- All tasks, groups, descriptions, schedules, and photos
- Completion history, archives, and settings stored in the cloud
Data stored only on your device (not synced) is removed when you delete the app from your iPhone.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (such as total app opens) that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.
How to delete your account

Save anything you want to keep Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Note down any task names, schedules, or history you want to keep before requesting deletion.

Email your deletion request Send an email from the address associated with your account to support@donenext.de. Use the subject line: Delete my account.

We verify and delete We will confirm your identity and permanently delete your account and all cloud-stored data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

Remove the app from your iPhone Long-press the Done!Next icon and tap Remove App → Delete App to delete all locally stored data.
In-app deletion
An in-app account deletion flow is planned for a future update, in line with Apple's App Store requirements. Until then, the email process above is the supported method.
Other data rights
Beyond deletion, you can also request:
- A copy of your data (right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR)
- Correction of inaccurate data (right to rectification, Art. 16 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
